I had to put my sourdough starter in the fridge for about a week and a half. I had to work out of town. I took it out when I got home. I let it sit on the counter all night long the rose quite a bit. I discovered a little today and just got done feeding it and you’re gonna try to make a loaf here in a little wish me luck
