I’m still very much struggling with the bulk proof. These are two pieces of the sourdough that I made yesterday. I just cut it today and from what I’m getting it is significantly unproved. I had it in my oven with the light on for roughly 6 hours when I temp the dough that day was around 83°. Can anybody give me any advice on the bulk because I jiggled it it jiggled like moose and had a whole bunch of bubbles for some reason the bulk part of this my constant uphill struggle
