Multi grain Sourdough Bread Recently, I am facing some sort og starter issue. For many bigginers call it died starter, but to my surprise a super active starter which could rise almost 3 times, in 4 hours time frame, all of the sudden it can barely rise upto 2 times, in 6 hours! That's my regular used starter. Not daily feeding, feed as I go, with no more than 5 days store time in fridge.
