So I’m trying something a little different out of my comfort zone I feel like my sourdough starter may be a little sluggish so I was reading up how you can use white bread, flour, wheat flour, and rye flour so I had 100 g of starter left to work with I did a 1x2x2 ratio 120 g of King Arthur white bread flour 40 g of King Arthur wheat bread flour 40g of bobs red mill dark rye flour Wish me luck I have never did something like this before about her. It could be very beneficial if anybody has had luck with this. Let me know.
