I have another when I’m going to put in the oven at 7 o’clock tonight eastern time zone that one will be a 24 hour cold proof. I’ve had a dream of wanting to open up my own bread, bakery for quite a while now, but I struggle every day, but I don’t give up maybe one day I’ll figure this all out
