Does anybody have any thoughts on this container? I got it today at a local shop. It’s a 14 cups size. In the walls are pretty much completely straight because I’ve been struggling extremely hard the last few weeks with the bulk fermentation. Maybe this would help me track it a little instead of the other things that I’ve been trying. any thoughts on it?
