My attempt at Alpen Brot. I’ve made it without the spices as I didn’t have them all and I forgot to place the top the other way around so I have included a photo of the bottom of the loaf which looks so much more rustic. Thank you Gluten Morgon for a wonderful video on how to make this authentic rustic bread … although mine doesn’t look anything like the video . ( well the bottom does ) 🙏😊 Ps I am going to wrap it in cloth till tomorrow and hopefully 🤞 it will taste good. 😊
