Focaccia made with tumeric. Home grown tomatoes garlic and basil from our garden. Shredded medium cheddar. Used unfiltered evoo infused with thyme and oregano. 102% hydration (poolish water honey and evoo) crumb it is soft spongy with beautiful creamy chew. The crust firm soft on top and beautifully lightly crispy from the oil in the pan frying it. Like a tasty deep dish crust only 100 % better.
